Internal and external grievance submission

Internal grievances are for students and staff of Mid-West University, while external grievances are for guardians, visitors, partners, and related public complaints. Each form now includes the standard office and institution categories used in administrative routing.

Before you submit

Please provide accurate details, the relevant date of incident, and any action already taken. Your submission will be recorded and sent to the grievance review desk for initial screening.

All online submissions first enter the Grievance Review Cell for verification and can then be forwarded to the appropriate department.
